Browsing around on the computer I found those yummy sushi recipe cards I made last year. Will put them in good use this weekend again.

Watercolor Thursday

The beginning watercolor class ended a day before my trip to Bulgaria, but since I came back I wanted to keep practcing and decided to continue drawing every Thursday. The only problem for doing this at home and not in class will be running out of ideas what to draw. It's so much more easier if someone else tells you what exercises to do.

On Sunday we had the pleasure to see two slightly older but very good movies and talk to lots of friends that we don't see that often.

Water Color Painting 1

Thursday was my first water color class, and it inspired me to try painting not just in class. After getting the supplies yesterday I was too tired to start a big mess, but today the whole dining room was mine. Here's the (more presentable) result from my first home attempt:

San Francisco Trip

We were very thankful for our trip to San Francisco. Didn't eat any turkey, stuffing or other "traditional" food. However, we made our own new traditions like "Sangria lunches", "Mojito lunches", "Burrito and wine breakfast", etc all similar in intent and content.
